Causes

trauma...cleft...look very carefully with goniscopy
supersensitive to carbonic anhydrase inhibitors
supersensitive to betablockers
Cidofovir
perglolide
chronic uveitis

Hypotony in a child after trauma can be treated with 6 weeks of atropine eye drops.
