Part Two: The Classes Of Information That We Hold

4. CORPORATE INFORMATION

The Trust publishes its Annual Report and Annual Accounts and copies of this can be obtained from the Publication Scheme Co-ordinator. Other items that are available to the public include:

  • Organisation Plan - incorporates our aims and objectives and Business Plan.
  • Trust Board papers - agenda, supporting papers and minutes for the Trust Board.
  • Executive Meeting papers - agenda, supporting papers and notes from Meetings.
  • Operational Meeting papers - agenda, supporting papers and notes from Meetings
  • Corporate Communications - briefing notes and other communications are also publicly available. Our Team Brief is also distributed to people outside of the Trust and is accessible on our website at www.goodhope.org.uk.
  • Organisational Policies and Strategies - Class 8 lists some of the principal policies of the Trust, we also make publicly available strategies such as the Clinical Governance Strategy, Communications Strategy, Liaison with Local Authority Overview and Scrutiny Committees Strategy, Risk Management Strategy, Procurement Strategy and so on.
  • Internal Meetings - agendas, supporting papers and Minutes for other internal meetings and working groups are available to the public.

Some information that is of a personal and confidential nature or otherwise exempt under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or Data Protection Act 1998 will be excluded, as will any other confidential material. This includes material relating to the health and safety of specific individuals, as to law enforcement or criminal or regulatory enforcement or audit issues, which may also be excluded from publication. There may be circumstances where material cannot be released because the appropriate officer of the Trust has taken the view that it may be prejudicial to the conduct of public affairs.
