Expressed as unhappiness with proposed career structure (most),
loss of Associate Specialist Grade (most),
unhappy with current pay at senior level (3/31),
unhappy with proposed pay/grades etc (31/32)
new contract does not address training/education/non-clinical time
address working conditions/rights of employment
the group should do this
by directly negotiating with DOH
putting pressure on BMA
improving recognition of SAS doctors with public

Admin..keep track of new members, database
admin�send letter all hospitals directly to all potential members
(all SAS doctors...no funds for postage, all electronic)
