Concerns and complaints

Talk to your PALS

If you have a concern about any part of the service you have received or observed and want to talk to someone about it, our Patient Liaison Advice Service, known as PALS, is available to support you.

Its advisers have a wealth of expertise in putting problems right, making sure your concerns are addressed and ensuring we learn from mistakes. They are also happy to hear about when things go right, so they can pass on compliments and examples of good service can be shared with others.
