The majority of these policies have been developed in consultation
with our staff through Joint Consultation and Negotiating Committee,
one of the formal mechanisms through which we communicate with
our staff. More details of these meetings are available from
the Publication Scheme Co-ordinator.
We also communicate with staff through a two-monthly newsletter
and a series of formal and informal briefings at locality, service
and team levels. Staff are also involved in the internal working
groups of the Trust at all levels.
A forum has been established to look at all aspects of communication
within the Trust.
The Trust was successful in achieving Improving Working Lives Practice
Standard and is on going in its commitment to improving work

NHS Pensions Agency (www.nhspa.gov.uk).
