Ways you can name a bed
If you are a taxpayer or a business you can get help from the taxman, by signing the Gift Aid declaration. Gift aid is available to individuals and businesses. Simply confirm that you are a taxpayer by signing the declaration on the form or inform us verbally by phoning Sonia Field on 0121 378 6028

How you can Pay

  • You make a single payment of £780 and sign the Gift Aid declaration. Good Hope Hospital reclaims £220 tax.
  • If you make a single payment of £1000 and sign the Gift Aid declaration. Your generous gift is boosted to £1282 via our tax reclaim.
  • You can spread your donation over 12 months. Make four quarterly payments of £250 or 12 monthly payments of £84 by banker's order and sign the GIFT AID declaration. Your gift is now worth £1282

For businesses
Send us your cheque for £1000 and reclaim corporation tax. Your net cost - £700 or £800 depending on your tax status.
