Good Hope NHS Trust aims to provide high quality services to all people who use them. Sometimes things do go wrong and people will want to complain and have that complaint investigated. As indicated in Class 8, the Trust has a Complaints Policy. This policy follows the processes prescribed by the NHS Complaints Procedure.
